ABOUT US
Fairfield Knife Works started out as a hobby and has turned into a part-time small business. I am Matt Harbuck and along with the support of my wife and our two boys, I own and operate FKW. I hand-create all the knives in my home shop using high quality materials.
We have a wide variety of knives that include kitchen knives, general purpose outdoor knives, hunting knives, and everyday carry/tactical knives. A majority of the knives we create are custom ordered and made to customer specifications, with the balance of our products listed in Ready to Ship section.
